April Grams has served as a marketing specialist with Dichtomatik Americans in Shakopee, Minnesota, since 2007. When she is not overseeing updates to flyers, brochures, websites, and other e-commerce platforms, April Grams provides webmaster support to the Upper Midwest Allis-Chalmers Club.
Every summer on the July 4th weekend, the Upper Midwest Allis-Chalmers Club hosts the Orange Spectacular event at the McLeod County Fairgrounds in Hutchinson. Held with an overriding mission of preserving the legacy of the Allis-Chalmers name, Orange Spectacular stands as the single largest Allis-Chalmers tractor event in the world.
The event is free of charge and has been designed with both tractor enthusiasts and the general public in mind, with activities ranging from professional seminars and field demonstrations to a tractor parade and various children’s activities. A swap meet and flea market are held alongside the tractor demonstrations.
